- Deadline for seminar registration is
October 12th 2007
- Payment required with registration
- NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION
- Space not held until payment is received
- You must have email confirmation to attend
the seminar
- Dress code is business casual
- Registrations cancelled up to and
including October 12th, 2007 will
receive 100% refund. No refunds after
October 12th, 2007.
- Attendee substitutions may be made at any
time.
